Mary Bevan

Mary is a dedicated family law attorney and private Guardian ad Litem at Carr Woodall, where she passionately advocates for clients navigating some of life’s most challenging transitions. With a practice focused on divorce, child custody, parent-time enforcement, child support, adoptions, and guardianships, Mary’s approach is built on empathy, understanding, and a deep commitment to her clients’ well-being.

Mary earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from J Reuben Clark Law School in 2013. After law school, Mary practiced in Omaha, Nebraska where she specialized in title insurance and property law. As a mother of three young children, Mary draws from her personal experiences to provide compassionate, relatable counsel to families. She is especially dedicated to ensuring the best interests of children are represented, both in and out of the courtroom.

When she’s not practicing law, Mary enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Whether biking, paddleboarding, or skiing, she appreciates the natural beauty that Utah has to offer and enjoys staying active.
